At Desert Mountain, a premier Scottsdale luxury real estate community, we have a diverse Membership, hailing from all 50 states and around the globe, making the social scene at Desert Mountain exciting, energetic, and stimulating. In 2005, we had 222 new members join our Scottsdale luxury real estate community and 104 of those members list Desert Mountain as their primary residence. The average age of each member is 59 and the average spouse age is 56. In addition, there are 554 children 18 years or younger living here.
