In the most recent 2027-2028 rankings that were announced by Platinum Clubs® of America, Desert Mountain earned the #8 ranking in the Top 150 Platinum Country Clubs list – the highest-ranked private club in Arizona.
What Are the Platinum Clubs® Rankings?
The Platinum Clubs® rankings, administered by Club Leaders Forum, are considered the most respected and comprehensive evaluations in the private club industry.
Clubs are reviewed and ranked by a national panel of private club general managers, CEOs, and industry leaders, using rigorous criteria that include, quality of amenities and facilities, service excellence and hospitality, member experience and engagement, governance and leadership, and overall prestige and innovation. In total, there are 321 clubs who received a ranking in their respective category. Earning placement on these lists signals a club’s commitment to elite standards and world-class execution.
This ranking is placed alongside our current ranking of #50 on the Platinum Clubs® of the World list, further confirming its position among the top private clubs around the world.
Being ranked #50 on the Platinum Clubs® of the World list and #8 on the America list places Desert Mountain among an elite group of clubs recognized on a global scale spanning golf, country, city, yacht, and lifestyle clubs worldwide. This distinction demonstrates Desert Mountain’s standing as a globally competitive private club, a destination for luxury lifestyle and recreation, and a benchmark for scale, service, and Member experience.
Few clubs earn worldwide recognition at this level, and fewer still sustain it.
